Extra-Curricular Activities

School Activities

We here at King's Academy Christian School, believe that it is God's will for all to maintain a sound mind and a sound body (2Timothy 1:7, 1Corinthians 6:20).  It is with this edict in mind that King's Academy offers it's children the opportunity to participate in several extra-curricular activities. 

These activities are:

• Basketball -- King's Academy participates in the MPS grade and middle school basketball league; these games are played at various MPS high schools on consecutive Saturdays throughout the Fall and Winter seasons.

• Cheerleading -- King's Academy offers cheerleading for the young ladies that want to cheer for their "Fighting Lions".

• Track and Field -- New this year, King's Academy will offer a track and field program designed to encourage those students who do not want to play basketball or cheerlead to participate in another physical activity.  It is our hope that these students will compete in several track and field events including the annual Hershey Track and Field meet in the Spring.  Students that are serious about track and field are then welcome to join the Milwaukee Striders Track Club for Junior Olympic track in the Summer.                                

IMPORTANT -- All King's Academy students are expected to maintain a 2.5 GPA throughout the school year and display good Christian character, to be eligible for any extra-curricular activity.
